The Culinary Stone

In a large pitcher, stir together one bottle of the white wine, sliced peaches, raspberries and sugar. Let chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Serve over ice with sparkling white wine, garnished with mint, if desired.


  • 1 bottle of white wine
  • 1 bottle of sparkling white wine
  • 1 small carton of raspberries (6 oz)
  • 1 peach - sliced
  • 8 mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (if needed to taste)
