Canadian Faves with Chef Lesa

Join Chef Lesa for some of her childhood favorites, influenced by Ukrainian and Polish friends. First, you will learn how to make pierogis! She will make both potato, cheese and sauerkraut pierogies and then fry them with butter and onion, topped with sour cream and dill. The next dish is Haluski, a traditional cabbage and noodle dish that is heartwarming. Followed with a traditional Borscht, a beet soup with veggies and dill, topped with sour cream.
And of course, a surprise chocolate dessert for Valentine’s Day.
