A night full of umami flavors!!! I will teach you the art of making home made ramen noodles. These beauties will swim in a sumptuous bowl of umami broth filled with meat, veggies and garnished with a miso cured egg! Next we will make handmade WonTon  skins to be filled with pork and shrimp dropped into a deep, savory broth. This yummy bowl will be adorned with a soy cured yolk.
