New England is known for its beautiful coastal scenery and classic dishes, like its infamous Clam Chowder. Our resident East Coast native - Chef K - is going to teach us how to prepare this deliciously hearty soup, perfect for the cold months ahead. Her rich and creamy recipe is packed with clams and pairs perfectly with the New England Lobster Roll that Chef K also has planned for the night. Enjoy lobster lightly tossed in mayo with crisp celery on a buttery, toasted roll and served with hand-cut fries. This will be a seaside meal you won’t want to miss!

Our chefs purchase fresh ingredients in preparation for each class, they need an accurate headcount for quantity and for this reason we require 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund or class credit.
