Chef Troy will demonstrate how to make some of the Asian favorites from one of downtown Coeur d’Alene’s top Pan-Asian restaurants that we love and miss. To start, we will recreate the Wok-Seared Chicken Lettuce Wrap. Then, Chef Troy will show us how to make the Vietnamese dish, Caramelized Garlic Noodles, that he learned from the chef of Crustacean in Las Vegas and Hollywood. Next, we will create the Bonsai classic, Salt & Pepper Prawns. The night will finish with a Coconut Cream Crème Brûlée.
