Chef Lesa has been asked to repeat this class, so here it is! To begin the evening, we will enjoy a bright Israeli Cous Cous Salad with a Lemony Dressing. For the main course, Spiced Chicken Shawarma, stacked on a skewer and roasted upright, to be sliced onto warm naan bread. Served with this lovely dish will be Saffron Rice with homemade Hummus and Toum - a delicious garlic sauce.
