Flavors of the PNW with Chef Kim

The Culinary Stone is excited to welcome Kim Lehr for her first time in our kitchen. Chef Kim will be sharing her 20+ years of knowledge pickling fresh products from around the Pacific Northwest. She will teach us about these favorite local flavors in three unique dishes. Chef Kim will start with a Sweet and Spicy Salmon with spicy huckleberry glaze, crispy rice, pickled reds and cilantro. Next, she’ll show us how to prepare a Wild Mushroom Pappardelle with wild mushroom pesto and lemony arugula salad. The class wouldn’t be complete without something sweet, like Chef Kim’s Salted Caramel Crinkle with spiced apple compote and vanilla bean chantilly.

Our chefs purchase fresh ingredients in preparation for each class, they need an accurate headcount for quantity and for this reason we require 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund or class credit.
