Come with me in the kitchen as we travel to Milan to
learn to make a couple of classics Milanese dishes.
Veal and risotto are a classic pairing, so first we will
learn how to make Risotto Milanese, gently flavored
with saffron. Then we will slow cook the bone-in
veal shank in a white wine braised until it is falling
off the bone. We will end by making my shortbread
and hazelnut cookies that are easy and real people
pleasers!
