Chef Lesa will teach you about the exotic food of the Caribbean, filled with spicy and sweet delights! First, a traditional jerk sauce that’s good on everything. The sauce will be used with jerk chicken, a traditional dish. Next recipe is Jamaican Bammy, this is a cassava bread made with coconut and then fried…amazing to dip in jerk sauce. The last dish is a confetti Caribbean rice! Spicy yet sweet, with fresh pineapple.
