Ready for some comforting food that will warm up our hearts. We will prepare a Velouté de pois cassés aux lardons et aux oignons, a split pea velouté with bacon and onion. Then we will cook “Porc filet mignon farci à la poire et au romarin “ a porc filet mignon stuffed with a delicious mix of pear, blue cheese and rosemary. For the sweet tooth, a poach pear with a creamy caramel sauce.
