Chef Lesa Join me for a flavor filled night bursting with spice and color!! To begin we will make Cambodian steamed white fish with lime sauce. This is a melt in your mouth fish steamed to perfection in banana leaves with chillies, lime, ginger and many herbs. Next is Loc Luac, a tender spicy beef dish with citrus, herbs and spices eaten with fresh crisp veggies!! Lastly one of my faves.. Penang Kar Cheow Tow! A beautifully charred chili rice noodle dish with prawns!
