This will be a class to remember!! So many flavors and handmade curries. We will make Khao Soi a deeply fragrant warm spicy red curried soup garnished with herbs. Next we will make satay lillit, a chopped fish with spices wrapped in a lemongrass skewer and grilled finished with Nuoc Cham sauce. Last we will make Satay Sapi! A beef tenderloin satay skier with chillies and spice finished with my famous peanut sauce!
