We will celebrate “Noël” early cooking a with some holiday ingredients some as salmon, scallops, oranges, chocolate! Appetizers: A two salmons spread flavored with lemon thyme and cilantro. Also, pan seared scallops in a saffron cream. For the main course: We will revisit a recipe and make a pork filet mignon à l’orange, with an orange and Porto sauce accompanied by a celery and apple purée. Flavorful and delicious. For the sweet tooth, chocolate truffles!
