Class - Paella with Chef Emy Lou

For this culinary demo, we will be cooking traditional Spanish Paella - the National Dish of Spain. Our paella will consist of chicken, shrimp and chorizo sausage. Paella is known for its intense depth of flavor, largely stemming from the prominent use of saffron, among other Spanish spices. For dessert, we will be making a delicious authentic Crema Catalana.
