On the menu: Cherry Wood Smoked Baby Back Ribs with Creamy Cilantro-Lime Coleslaw. For a hors d’oeuvre, we will do a Wood Smoked Sirloin Rumaki. To pair with our meal, we will sip on darker, maltier beers. For wine, we will pair richer, fruitier styles.
