Class - An Evening in France with Chef Patricia

A simple yet elegant dinner with a rich combination of flavors. "Filet mignon de porc à la cannelle et pommes compotées à l'orange" a sweet and savory pork filet mignon cooked in a cinnamon and Madeira wine sauce served with an apple and orange compote. The pork, cinnamon, Madeira, apple and orange together create a beautiful and delicate harmony of flavors. 

For dessert we will prepare " Mousse au chocolat noir et sa Madeleine au miel" a dark chocolate mousse served with a honey madeleine, simple and very gourmand.
