Class - An Evening in India with Chef Lesa

Take a flavorful trip to India for a night of warm spices and handmade curries made in a mortar and pestle. First, we will go over coconut chutney to die for!  We will be making soft handmade naan bread to get every drop!  Our first curry is a Lauki Kofta Curry, a creamy, spicy red curry with squash, tomato and the right amount of heat. Next, we will make the delicious chicken Korma, a very fragrant yogurt marinated curry that will be served over basmati rice. Delicious!
