A wonderful night of big flavors. First is the Thai version of Pho, Boat Noodle soup. This is a dreamy broth made with beef, fresh noodles and veggies. Next, my famous Thai yellow coconut curry with fall squash and pumpkin you will not soon forget. Last is the delicious Thai shrimp cake made with red curry, fried until crisp and served with Nuoc Cham sauce. Mmmm!
