Come learn to make three dishes using two very Italian ingredients. Italian cooking is all about the versatility of their ingredients, using what you have to make something heartwarming and delicious. To start we will make a warm Swiss chard (Bietola) and white bean salad. Next, we will stuff tortellini with Swiss chard and ricotta, served with a wild mushroom sauce and topped with a gremolata. To finish we will use the ricotta to make a cake! Buon Appetito!
