For this class we will be making a dairy free and gluten free “ranch” dressing/dip AND a creamy avocado dressing on a delicious summer salad that you can meal prep and eat all week long! We will also be making the most DIVINE chocolate espresso “cheesecake”, which just happens to be vegan as well. Fall in love with tasty dairy and vegan options.
