Let’s dig into some Bavarian comfort food! Chef Jonathan will be celebrating his German ancestry with family food from his childhood. He’ll make a savory and tart warm German Potato Salad; pork schnitzel; and bratwurst using multiple cooking methods, including braising and sous vide.
