We will begin our journey with Manakish flatbread with zaatar seasoning and homemade hummus for dipping. Next, we will make Beef Koftas, a skewered ground beef seasoned with warm spices and served with a dilled yogurt. Lastly, Adas Bhamoud... a delicate amazing soup with Swiss chard, French lentils, and fresh lemon.
