We will have the delicious Gua bao,a soft pillowy
steamed bun filled with pork belly and topped with
pickled veggies. Next, Soup dumplings! We will
make the dumpling dough and fill with pork, shrimp
and jellied stock. Once it steams it melts as you bite
into delicate meats and a steaming broth. Last, we
will make my spicy chili crisp, a taste to remember!
