Cooking Class - A Winter Family Meal with Chef Patricia

For a starter, we will prepare a cream of carrots and

parsnips topped with a cheese emulsion and served

with a goat cheese “cigar”. For the main course, a

favorite French family dish, Endives and Ham

Gratin, a pure comfort dish. For the sweet tooth,

what we would call the desserts of our

grandmothers, a semolina cake.
