Gobi, a mouthwatering spiced dish with cauliflower
and new potatoes. Next, we will make a pillow naan
bread with a bright coconut cilantro chutney. Last,
we will make Indian meatballs. These gems are
made with a mixture of pork and chicken and
simmered in a spiced tomato coconut cream broth
and served with basmati rice.
