A spring time offering! We will start with a springtime favorite, Asparagus. Vellutata di Asparagus is a delicious and easy soup. Creamy and packed with flavor, having no cream used! Then everyone’s favorite, Lasagna! Homemade pasta, bechamel, and an easy ragu. To finish we will make an Italian pound cake, light as air as we use ricotta instead of butter!
