Come and enjoy the exotic flavors of spicy, decadent dishes from Northern and Southern India. We will make Zanzibar pakoras, a delightful crisp fritter filled with sauteed veggies and eaten with coriander coconut chutney. Next is Prawn Masala, a little sweet with a little heat! And to complete the evening, a Suruwa fish curry and coconut cream with many warm spices served over basmati rice.
