We will start by making a Tatin de tomates au gingembre et au thym, a ginger, thyme and tomatoes savory tart. Next, grilled Lamb Chops with Herbes de Provence with a garlic cream sauce accompanied by the lesser-known cousin of the ratatouille “La Bohemienne”, a tomato and eggplant based stew. For dessert, Fraises rôties. Sauteed strawberries with sage and deglazed with red wine served with cottage cheese.
