Come learn about Northeastern African cuisine! First, we will make Injera bread, a thin crepe like sourdough, gluten-free bread to dip into our next dish, Misir wat. This is a delicious lentil stew with tomatoes, lentils and spice. Last is the sumptuous Chicken Jollof, a baked chicken and basmati rice dish with big spice and big flavor.
