A big night of bright spices and herbs. We will start with a delectable green papaya salad made in a special mortar and pestle, sweet, spicy, sour! Next is the sumptuous Khai Soi, a creamy, spicy red curry coconut soup with delicate slices of chicken and fresh herbs. Lastly, we will make Bang Bang Shrimp! Crispy, spicy, and oh-so-satisfying served in a delightful sauce.
