Chef Lesa will take you step by step on how to make, garnish and enjoy her Pho Ga, a delicious chicken and rice noodle soup. We will also be making Crispy Vietnamese spring rolls filled with shredded pork, noodles and served with Nuoc Cham sauce. And for dessert, we will have a black rice pudding with coconut cream and topped with fruit.
