A night of warm flavors featuring Sambousek, a ground beef-filled cigar-type egg roll, sliced with a tangy, spiced yogurt sauce. Next we will make Shirazi salad...shredded chicken, cucumber, tomatoes and many other crunchy delights with a bright Meyer lemon dressing. Lastly, Chef Lesa will make a Turkish flatbread with a lemon and garlic hummus.
