A night filled with dynamic, bold flavors! We will make Chef Lesa’s favorite Thai Yellow Curry with coconut cream, lemongrass and many herbs served over jasmine rice and topped with grilled prawns. Next, we will make Pad Ka Pow Gai. This is a Thai basil chicken made with holy basil, ground chicken, and many spices served with rice noodles. For dessert, we will make Ancient rice pudding…a purple rice with a lovely, chewy texture cooked in coconut, topped with mango and sweet baby banana.
