A very savory, flavor-filled night starting with a Chirashi bowl - these are bowls filled with sushi rice, fresh salmon, ahi tuna, shrimp and several crunchy veggies topped with a miso sesame dressing. Next, we will make Tuna Yaki Onigiri made with calrose rice, spiced ahi and crisped on a grill, and served with a sweet soy sauce. Lastly, we will make Tantanmen Ramen. This is a silky broth adorned with slivers of soy-glazed chicken poured over ramen noodles and finished with fresh herbs.
