A night of bold, spicy, sweet and very umami dishes. We will first make Korean pork dumplings. These are small and filled with pork, mushrooms and cabbage, then fried and served with a sweet, spicy dipping sauce. Next dish is a beef bulgogi triangle Kimbap. This is an iconic street food - inside of a seaweed sheet is traditional beef bulgogi, sweet rice and spices all formed into a triangle to eat by hand. We will also make a gochujang dipping sauce. Last dish is Jjajangmyeon…the most silky and divine noodle bowl made with traditional sweet potato flat noodles, pork loin, veggies and many spices.
