Dim Sum is back! Due to high demand!!! We will make our dumpling dough from scratch! First will be Xiao Long Bao...a soup dumping filled with ground pork and aromatics that we will actually pan fry and steam. Next, Har Gow, a translucent dumpling filled with prawn and water chestnut. Last is the divine shrimp toast. We will also have sushi-style rice and several sauces to accompany the dishes.
