We will discuss and make several gluten-free dishes. First will be a fresh, bright rice noodle salad with shredded chicken, crunchy veggies, and a divine green goddess dressing made with coconut milk and herbs. Next, we will make gluten-free pasta!!! These amazing noodles will be tossed in a browned butter and freshly grated parmesan. Last but not least...dessert! We will make gluten-free apple pie bars with a dollop of apple brandy whipped cream.
