Learn the history of the Caesar salad…it’s not what you think! We will be deconstructing the classic version by learning how to prepare the traditionally savory and creamy Caesar dressing, and how to make the perfect crunchy croutons…skills you can apply to many meals! We will be introduced to variations on the classic Caesar salad theme, and presented with ways of making a Caesar salad the main dish of a meal. We will be making shrimp, chicken, and steak to round off the perfect summer salad. Come join Chef Jonathan as we learn about this perfect salad for any season.
