Chef Lesa has a spice-filled menu planned for this don't-miss class! She will begin with the buttery, tender Roti bread. What better to dip this bread in than a coconut chicken curry over basmati rice. Aloo Tikki, potato fritters served with a coconut mint chutney that wows every time, will round out the meal. For dessert, Chef Lesa will serve a traditional rose water yogurt with honey, pistachio and fruit.
