A night of delicious dumplings and more! Join Chef Lesa as she makes an open dumpling with pork, prawns and spices. Next, she will make puffed rice paper cups filled with Ahi Tuna and a sriracha mayo sauce. Lastly, Chef Lesa will make Xiao Long Bao…a sublime soup dumpling with pork and filled with a succulent broth. Sauces for each dish will be made along with an Asian green salad and a miso dressing.
