Join us for a night filled with umami goodness with Chef Lesa. She will make Oyakodon, a rice bowl with shoyu chicken, togarashi and aromatics. Chef Lesa will also make a Burning Volcano roll, a decadent sushi roll filled with crab, cream cheese and veggies topped with a sauce and broiled. Chef Lesa is also including a spicy salmon roll with fresh salmon, herbs and tobiko. A bright Japanese cucumber salad will also be served.
