Join Chef Lesa for a fun night making authentic regional Italian dishes. First will be the area of pasta. You will learn about laminated pasta; sheets with herbs in between, so delicate and made into a ricotta lemon ravioli. Next dish will be a creamy, tomato-based Tuscan chicken. For dessert, a divine Sicilian orange cake with a honey drizzle and cream.
