Chef Lesa will put on her pastry hat tonight!! First, she will discuss a sourdough starter and make sourdough bread to be eaten with a compound herbed butter. Next item will be a tres leche cake…creamy, dreamy and airy, using several creams. Finishing the evening with a traditional British shortbread, but adding a few twists.
