Join Chef Lesa for a night of warm, comforting Indian faire. First, you will learn about the common spices to prepare a spiced Indian chicken stew. The dish is tomato and pepper based, topped with yogurt, and served over basmati rice. The second dish is Indian red lentil dal, this curried dish is rich. A little slice for dessert will be a traditional rose ladoo, these little round balls are made with rose syrup and coconut. A fragrant treat!
