Tour Asia with Chef Lesa
On this leg of our journey will be Canton dishes. First dish Chef Lesa will demonstrate is Moo Goo Gai Pan…divine. Next dish will be Siu Yuhk…a crispy pork belly that is spicy, crunchy and heavenly; served with rice. Last dish will be spicy beef with rice. This is a ground beef dish with spice and veggies served over rice, topped with a fried egg.
