Tour Asia with Chef Lesa
This class is full of big flavors!!! First is Chef Lesa’s much requested Lumpia! Like an egg roll…but better…filled with sliced ground pork and dipped in a lovely chili sauce. Next dish will be Gintaang Hipon, a fresh prawn stir fry with a thick, savory sauce served with coconut pineapple rice. Last dish served will be Palabok potato salad…this will be a great summer dish!! Potato salad made with fish sauce, chicharron and many other herbs!!
