A great night making fresh, fun versions of poke! First, we will make a Lomi Lomi salmon poke. This is a home-cured salmon with rice, pickled cucumber, grapefruit and a shoyu dressing. Next is an Ahi tuna poke with coconut, rice, furikake, pickled baby corn and a yuzu sauce. Lastly, a sweet poke with mango, papaya, coconut rice, lime and shredded coconut. We will also go over how to make several condiments...don’t miss this.

Our chefs purchase fresh ingredients in preparation for each class, they need an accurate headcount for quantity and for this reason we require 48-hour cancellation notice to receive a full refund or class credit.
