Chef Lesa will talk about the wonderful and fragrant spices and herbs from this region. First dish will be Cha Kreung Satch Moan…a lemongrass chicken packed with herbs and spice, served on jasmine rice. Next dish will be Nom Ka Chai, a crispy scallion cake served with a bright lime and fish sauce for dipping. Last dish will be Kua Mee, a sweet and spicy fried glass noodle dish with shredded chicken and vegetables.
