RESCHEDULED for Thursday, April 13th

Due to high demand, Chef Lesa will be teaching another great Italian night! First will be the art of the perfect pasta dough. There will be a few fun surprises with colorful printed pasta, made into butternut squash ravioli with browned butter. To open the night will be a delicious Italian potato salad. This is a very different take on the traditional with lemon scented olive oil, capers and many herbs. Last will be handmade little gnocchi with a creamy, dreamy Gorgonzola sauce.
