Japanese night with very umami flavors. First dish will be Bao with shredded pork. These buns are fluffy and steamed, filled with huge flavors. Next dish up is Oyakodon rice bowl with shoyu chicken, dashi broth topped with a fresh egg. For dessert will be a Japanese strawberry cake - light, fluffy and filled with fresh strawberries.
